Previews owners of this property have remove the original stained glass panels from the windows, having double glazed units. New client wanted to bring back the old filings along with the traditional features of this house. We have created 36 small stained glass windows encapsulated into double glazed units. We have used the original ruby red boarder and the four pale shades of English Muffle glass for this house in Clapham Common.

Three Panelled Stained Glass door- Epsom, Surrey KT18

This project required to have a traditional design and to look modern. To achieve that, we keep the geometrical patterns traditionally used in Victorian times and give a twist by using more settled colours and modern textures. Four different textures were used in this simple but effective design.

Modern Stained Glass Window Project- Richmond TW10

Image
We have created this modern stained glass panel for this window in Richmond TW10. The property was modernised completely and the clients want to have a contemporary design which wouldn't be colour full and keep their privacy in their living area. We used three different textures and colours in a suggestion of  "last leaves in a wintery scene".

Late Victorian Stained Glass Style Restoration- Fulham SW6

Image
We took part in the renovation of this property in Fulham London. All of the stained glass panels have damaged lead structure, produced by the use of the door and time. This is very normal in stained glass entrances to present bowed panels, broken solder joint and loosed cooper tides which keep the panels flat and straight. We remove the whole entrance and secured the property with wood board, wile the panels were striped and rebuilt with new lead and sealing materials.

Full leaded light restoration- Weybridge KT13

After several decades of use, this two panelled entrance was in need of a new lead structure. We striped and rebuilt these panels and reinforced them with invisible steel bars - which go in between the glass and the lead, giving more strength and longevity.

Stained Glass Panel Restoration- Wolseley Avenue, Wimbledon SW19

Image
This Edwardian style panel was fully repaired as its lead structure was completely gone, it was bowed with couple of g broken glasses which we match very well and some of them loose and coming out of the lead cane. We striped all the old lead off, clean the glasses and rebuild it again in the same way with new lead creating a new lead structure giving enough strength to support many years of british weather.

Our clients wanted us to create modern fun lights for above their kitchen door. After discussing some ideas, the orchids (their favourite flower)catch their attention, which we recreate in opal coloured glass on transparent background float glass.  This is their review on our  Facebook page: "We have had two pieces commissioned from Reflections, both contemporary work and they are beautiful- one of orchids the other a sunburst. The commissioning process was easy and friendly. The design was great and the installation straightforward". Fitted in May/2018

Stained Glass Restoration - Clapham Common SW12

Image
Unfortunatly this entrance had loose it four lower stained glass panels in the past and the new owners of this property in Clapham South. Our client wanted us to recreate these four panels for the door and side lights, also, to repair and restore the existing three top panels. the challenge on this project was to match the glasses, colours and textures also to create several pieces of floral hand painted glass using traditional Victorian paints and techniques as close as possible to the existing panels to make it look uniform.
